In a message posted in both Arabic and English on his official social media accounts, President Sisi said: "I have departed the cherished country of Malaysia, carrying in my heart deep love, gratitude, and appreciation for His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, Prime Minister Dr. Anwar Ibrahim, and the wonderful Malaysian people. I was deeply touched by the immense warmth, generous hospitality, and noble sentiments I experienced—qualities that reflect the goodwill and profound affection this delightful nation holds for Egypt, and which propel our bilateral relations toward broader horizons of close cooperation between our two brotherly countries."
